Lip Augmentation
with Perlane®
Have you dreamed of
having fuller, more beautiful lips?
Have you explored the available lip
augmentation options – such
as collagen and fat injections –
but haven’t found the right
one for you? If so, consider Perlane®.
Perlane® is a revolutionary wrinkle
filler and lip augmentation product
designed to produce safe, natural-looking
results. It is completely natural,
has relatively few side effects, and
most importantly, has recently gained
the approval of the Food and Drug
Administration (FDA). What’s
more, Perlane®’s popularity
is ever increasing – to date,
more than one million treatments have
been administered around the world.
Perlane® can be used to eliminate
fine lines, thin lips, crow’s
feet, concave scars, and other imperfections.
Made of hyaluronic acid – a
substance found naturally in the body
– Perlane® contains absolutely
no animal products (making it safe
for those patients with allergies
to beef, eggs, chicken, and animal
derivatives), is 100 percent biodegradable,
and is available in three tissue variants.
These include Perlane® (for wrinkle
reduction and lip enhancement), Perlane®
Fine Lines (for forehead, smile, and
fine lines), and Perlane® (for shaping facial contours, augmenting
the lips, and correcting deep wrinkles).
At our Northern Virginia and Maryland office locations, we primarily
use the standard Perlane® for lip
augmentation. After numbing the lips
with local anesthetic, we gently inject
Perlane® into the inside of the upper
and/or lower lip(s). The lips will
initially be swollen, but inflammation
typically subsides within one week.
Although we recommend touch-up treatment
two to four weeks after the initial
procedure to ensure you get the look
you want, your Perlane® lip augmentation
will last for up to six months and
produce incredibly natural results!

augmentation and how Perlane® can

feet, facial contour problems, and

Washington DC, Annapolis, Baltimore,
and Chevy Chase areas today!
